We are an independent engineering company which manufactures replacement parts for road and racing motorcycles. We specialise in pre-1980 3- and 4-cylinder air cooled Italian motorcycles and can restore and make any model to new condition. Headed by Mark Kay, we are a family team who has spent a lifetime in the world of classic bikes, both as owners and competitors. Our history is recorded in these pages and we welcome all enquiries for commissions.

Our company is a family business run by a father and son duo with a passion for MV Agusta motorcycles. We specialize in creating replicas and providing replacement parts for these iconic bikes. MV Agusta, also known as Meccanica Verghera, has a rich history in the world of motorcycle racing. In fact, Kay MV bikes have won numerous races including the Classic TT on the Isle of Man and the Goodwood Revival. Some of the most skilled riders in the industry, such as Dean Harrison, Lee Johnston, and Michael Dunlop, have even chosen to race on MV Agusta motorcycles.
